A charge related to AI Video may come from:
A subscription starting or renewing.
A trial or introductory offer converting according to the terms accepted at purchase.
A one-time coin-pack purchase.
Another purchase shown in your App Store or Google Play history.
Check the purchase history of the store account used for payment. If you do not recognize a charge, contact the store first for transaction details and contact AI Video support with a screenshot or order reference if further product investigation is needed.
To avoid future subscription charges, cancel the subscription through the App Store or Google Play before the next renewal date. Deleting AI Video does not cancel a store-managed subscription.
